FACILITY OPERATION
Facility management involves drawing up regulations, creating maintenance and renovation phase plans, and monitoring and maintaining mechanical and electronic systems.
MONITORING
It also includes operating facility monitoring systems, managing general workplace safety and fire safety protocols, and overseeing security services.
MAINTENANCE
We will liaise with tenants and users of the facility, as well as assist with events on behalf of the venue.
